Fly half Felipe Contepomi celebrated the barrival of his baby daughter by collecting 22 points courtesy of a try, a penalty and seven conversions while Gary Brown grabbed a hat-trick of tries.
Bryce Williams, Denis Hickie, Robert Kearney, Niall Ronan and Jonny Hepworth also crossed for five-pointers.
For Reivers, Nikki Walker grabbed a brace with Charlie Hore adding both conversions.
Contepomi pulled the strings throughout for the hosts, starting with a scoring pass to Kiwi lock Williams.
The Argentinian added the extras before slotting a penalty and then grabbing a try of his own.
The visitors rallied with a breakaway try with Ben MacDougall and Brendan McKerchar doing the damage before Walker went over.
A conversion from Hore reduced the deficit bith that was to be the closest they got.
Winger Brown grabbed his first two tries within three minutes of each other and then Hickie also scored soon after – his 50th in Leinster colours and a timely reminder to Ireland coach Eddie O’Sullivan who recently dropped him from the squad to face Italy.
Another breakaway score from Walker, and the conversion from Hore rounded out the half but the Irish province held a commanding 36-14 lead.
Leinster refused to ease off after the break and some good footwork from Hickie created the opening for Brown to complete his hat-trick.
The tries continued to flow with Kearney, Ronan and Hepworth all getting their names on the scoresheet to heap further woe on the Reivers.
